This policy explains what Boost4Your3D collects when you use the app, why we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Your account details (email, display name and a protected password), the photos and notes you add, the concepts and 3D models we create for you, your credit and payment records, and basic usage events that help us keep the app working.
Why we use it
To run your account, create the concepts and models you ask for, keep credits and payments accurate, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
Processing partners
Carefully selected partners help us generate images and 3D models, store files, send email and handle payments. They only receive what they need for that task. We do not sell your personal data.
Payments
Payment partners handle card and bank details. We keep the order reference, amount, status and the credits added to your wallet.
Google and Facebook sign-in
If you continue with Google or Facebook, we receive your email, your name and an account identifier from that service. We never receive your password for it.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is active. Some payment and credit records are kept longer when accounting or legal rules require it.
Your choices
You can update your profile and language at any time. You can ask us for a copy of your data or for account deletion through support.
Changes
When this policy changes, the app shows the new version before it applies.
Analytics and session replay
Google Analytics 4 measures page views and credit-pack purchases, and Contentsquare records how public pages are used. Both are on until you reject them. Reject stops future measurement. You can change this later from Cookie settings in the footer or in Profile. Advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization stay off. We do not send your name, email, account id, or payment reference to these tools. This draft states what is configured. It is not a legal approval.
